Free Shipping on Every Order

All PupMochi orders ship for free, with a tracking number.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 8–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
- Singapore and other countries: 10–20 business days

These are estimates; delays can happen during peak seasons (Halloween and Christmas) or due to customs.

Holiday orders
For Halloween delivery, please order by October 20. For Christmas delivery, please order by December 5.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed package?
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at pupmochistore@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
